Working in close partnership with the Medical Director, you will oversee all practice operations, patient access, staff leadership, workflow optimization, and operational performance for our physical health clinic in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who is passionate about improving patient and provider experiences while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth!
