The Senior Director of Campaign Operations & Communications is a key leadership role responsible for translating the vision and priorities of UWGA’s multi-year campaign into integrated strategies, communications, donor experiences, and measurable results.
Working closely with the Vice President of Multi-Year and Transformational Giving, this role leads campaign communications and content strategy, executive and Campaign Cabinet support, proposal development, donor engagement, cross-functional coordination, and strategic performance reporting. The Senior Director also provides strategic oversight of campaign operations and implementation, ensuring consistent execution, strong alignment, and continued campaign momentum.

For the 77,000 youth who call these neighborhoods home, that means that they're facing inequitable barriers to success. They have big dreams—but gaps in opportunities and resources stand in their way of achieving them. These aren’t just numbers. They’re our neighbors.
