Spiro is hiring a Sr. Director, New Business Development to join our Sales team. Sr. Director, New Business Development works in partnership with the Sales department, delivering best-in-class service. The Sr. Director, Business Development works in partnership with other team members to deliver best-in-class service and is responsible for driving revenue by generating and securing opportunities/RFP’s with brands who endeavor to engage their audience at tradeshows, live events and permanent installations.
The Sr. Director, New Business Development is a self-motivated “people connector” who thrives on establishing relationships, uncovering new business opportunities and proactively looks for ways to offer smart, unique, and innovative solutions to brands and companies. This position will support and be part of the North American New Business Development team in expanding growth for Spiro across B-2-B and B-2-C activations across multiple mediums, (virtual, hybrid and in-person). In this role, the individual will actively prospect new clients/logos through diversified prospecting techniques, leveraging insights from our Spiro client work, latest trends reports, and thought leadership content. We look for this individual to leverage their networking skills, outgoing nature, curiosity and any existing relationships to secure new clients and build business through industry expertise and consistently connecting with others in the business world.
