At By The Bay Health, we live true to the philosophy of being of service to others by providing high-quality, compassionate health care services to those who need it most. Our rich tradition of serving communities across the Bay Area is underscored by the incredible growth we’ve seen over the past decade as we enter new service areas and expand care options for our patients -- and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who want to take part in that growth.

At By The Bay Health, our teams of physicians, nurses, home health aides, and other healthcare professionals work alongside patients and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of the human experience. Over the past 45 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to building an environment where employees can thrive and build meaningful careers with true impact. Our model of care is built for flexibility and opportunities for growth. Our affiliation with UCSF brings access to world renowned expertise for all of our clinicians.
