Description
This role is designed for an enterprise sales professional who thrives on building new business. As Senior Director or AVP of Business Development, you will own net-new revenue growth for a defined territory and/or solution portfolio with success measured primarily by new logo acquisition.

Location: Remote

Compensation Philosophy (Aligned to the Role)
This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward those who create new revenue. Incentives are weighted toward first-year contract value from new clients with significant upside for exceeding targets. The structure favors individuals who value ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to materially impact their earnings through perfomance.

What Success Looks Like

  • Winning new enterprise clients through disciplined prospecting and relationship building
  • Creating pipeline in whitespace and competitive accounts
  • Closing multi-solution revenue cycle engagements with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups
  • Building credibility with CFOs, COOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders
  • Establishing Infinx as a trusted long-term partner, not just a vendor

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise RCM opportunities ($1M-$10M+ first-year contract value)
  • Develop and execute a territory or solution-specific go-to-market strategy
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition; expansions follow successful landings
  • Lead complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Partner closely with solutioning, delivery, and product teams
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Represent Infinx in executive meetings and industry forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 12-20+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
  • Proven success originating and closing new logos in revenue cycle management
  • Experience selling complex, multi-solution offerings with long sales cycles
  • Comfort operating in markets without heavy inbound demand
  • Familiarity with offshore or global delivery models, strongly preferred
  • Healthcare revenue cycle certification(s) preferred
  • Motivated by uncapped upside and personal ownership of outcomes
