Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Admissions serves as a key partner to the Vice President of Admissions, responsible for driving performance, optimizing operations, and advancing data-driven decision-making across the admissions function.
This role bridges strategic oversight and day-to-day execution, combining leadership of admissions operations with ownership of reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
The Director will leverage Salesforce and data insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve conversion, efficiency, and patient experience.
Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with VP to execute strategic initiatives that drive admissions growth
- Oversee day-to-day admissions operations and team performance
- Own KPI dashboards and Salesforce reporting
- Analyze admissions funnel performance and provide insights
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Optimize workflows, staffing, and contact center performance Oversee day-to-day admissions operations and team performance
- Lead and develop Admissions Directors and team leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and finance teams
QualificationsEducation, Skills and
Experience:- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years in behavioral health admission
- 3+ years leadership
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- 2-3 years' experience in report creation utilizing Salesforce
- 2-3 years' experience in data analytics
