The Senior Director, Network Engineering leads the strategy, transformation, engineering and operations of Cargill's global network infrastructure. This role is responsible for modernizing and operating a highly diverse environment spanning data centers, cloud connectivity, corporate offices, innovation centers, manufacturing and processing plants, and agricultural locations across the globe. This position will drive the evolution of Cargill's network capabilities to enable a unified technology strategy, accelerate digital transformation, strengthen cybersecurity, improve operational resiliency, and create measurable business value. The leader will oversee architecture, engineering, service delivery, vendor partnerships, and investments that support one of the world's largest and most complex infrastructure environments. You will help define and execute the network strategy that enables cloud adoption, cybersecurity modernization, industrial connectivity, operational resiliency, AI-enabled operations, and next-generation infrastructure capabilities across every region of the world.
This role is ideal for a leader who lives and breathes infrastructure, brings deep expertise across enterprise networking technologies, and has successfully transformed networks at global scale while building high-performing engineering teams.
PREFERRED:
The expected salary for this position is $195,000-280,000K . Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
