This positionwill build and lead a high‑performing team that shapes how our business sees the market, drives growth, and makes decisions, elevating our competitive advantage by translating consumer, category, and performance data into clear strategic direction. A key enabler of our highly ambitious growth strategy, the Senior Director of Market Insights & Analytics brings deep expertise in insights and advanced analytics—paired with strong cross‑functional influence—to guide intelligent decisions across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Finance.

Serving as the enterprise hub for market intelligence, this role embeds analytics into brand strategy, innovation, planning, and commercial execution. The Senior Director will develop and lead a high‑performing team responsible for building next‑gen measurement tools, modernizing reporting, driving research programs, and leading forecasting and modeling that inform long‑range strategy.

PAY RANGE: $ 160,500 - $200,000
This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance
