Teradyne is a global leader in automated test equipment and industrial automation, enabling customers across the semiconductor, electronics, and advanced manufacturing ecosystem to accelerate innovation and deliver high-quality products at scale. Across semiconductor test, wafer-level and system-level test, photonics, and adjacent semiconductor capital equipment, Teradyne operates at the intersection of deep engineering, complex supply chains, and long investment cycles. Strategic M&A plays a critical role in expanding Teradyne’s served markets and strengthening long-term technology leadership. As Teradyne continues to pursue inorganic growth, execution excellence across transactions is critical to protecting value and ensuring consistent outcomes.
Teradyne is seeking a senior program leader to run the execution engine behind our inorganic growth. This role serves as program manager for every active transaction across the Semi and Product Test and Robotics business groups, and leads the integration effort once a transaction closes.
The role exists because integration outcomes are largely determined during diligence rather than after close. The same leader carries the thread from the first workstream kickoff through Day 1 and on to the point at which integration is formally complete and the business owns steady state.
This is a senior individual contributor role with regular exposure to Teradyne’s executive team. The function is being built out, and this person will define how the work gets done rather than inherit a settled process. The role chairs the Integration Management Office, sets the transaction and integration operating cadence, and holds a defined escalation path to the deal sponsor and the executive steering committee. The role requires periodic domestic and international travel, primarily in Asia. The function is increasingly onsite, and this role is expected to work from the office approximately four days per week.
Teradyne values diversity of thought, experience, and background, and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees can contribute and grow. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business need.
