As Senior Director, Consilio Advanced Learning Institute (CALI), you will play a pivotal role in advancing Consilio’s educational leadership across eDiscovery, legal technology, investigations, information governance, legal operations, artificial intelligence, and related areas of legal practice. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the development and execution of CALI’s educational strategy, ensuring our programs provide practical, technically accurate, and legally sound guidance for lawyers and legal professionals.
This role requires an attorney who can understand and explain the legal nuances behind complex topics, including discovery obligations, privilege, proportionality, defensibility, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), analytics, Generative AI, information governance, investigations, privacy, cybersecurity, and evolving legal technology workflows. You will lead the ongoing development of CALI’s educational content, thought leadership, CLE programming, and professional development initiatives while helping legal practitioners understand how changing law, technology, and data practices affect their work.
You will oversee CALI’s full portfolio, including webinars, CLE programs, practice guides, white papers, research initiatives, client education programs, and CALI Symposium. You will work closely with subject matter experts across Consilio to transform deep legal and technical expertise into educational experiences that help clients and practitioners navigate an increasingly complex legal landscape. CALI currently serves as Consilio’s center for thought leadership, research, and education through educational content, practical guidance, CLE programming, webinars, and Symposium.
