Job Description

This role is responsible for leading TCCC social transformation by fostering a culture of unified social & digital experience, shifting the ways of working, and facilitating the strategic adoption of innovative digital technologies. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Categories, IMX E2E/Media, Frontline, Human Insights, StudioX, MarTech, Commercial, Bottling Partnersand other internal or ex-ternal teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful social engagements that resonate with consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth

  • Responsible for leading the digital transformation in the way our brands connect, communicate, engage and transact with our audiences and shoppers.

  • Define and iterate the LRP (Long-range Plan) and ABP (Annual Business Plan) for GC&M’s digital agenda that is aligned with business and marketing objectives and can inform our interactions with consumers, customers and enterprise initiatives

  • Test and learn the new digital business model and digital consumer experience by exploring the innovated technology, partnership and way of workings.

  • Collaborate with OU DAO, global IMX Digital and MarTech teams on the networked digital experience and capabilities priorities.

  • Implement robust measurement and analytics processes to evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve the consumer engagement effectiveness across TCCC digital and social ecosystem.

  • Prospect and leverage digital trends and data, while collaborating with digital platforms, to offer enriching consumer experiences that will drive higher brand transactions.

  • Build a compelling digital strategy for content and engagement, and a strong brand narrative across our owned platforms (social, commerce etc.)

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends to inform the innovation roadmap. Assess and prioritize digital technologies rollout.Test and learn the new digital business model and digital consumer experience by exploring the innovated technology, partnership and way of workings.

  • Conceptualize and execute digital marketing and digital commerce campaigns, including D2C + B2B2C + B2B in partnership with marketing, bottling partners & commercial

  • The Digital Platforms Lead plays a key role in disrupt the way we do marketing and educate/spread that throughout the organization in partner with IMX lead and Executive leaders.

Requirements:

  • Passion for consumer-centered digital transformation and a desire to advocate for the most innovative digital business and the best consumer experience.

  • Minimum of 12-15 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar leadership role.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  • Proven experience in at least one customer-centric digital marketing domain, amongst owned digital platform, social and emerging platforms
