The Senior Director, Immunology Portfolio Strategy is a critical senior marketing management position leading access, health information technology (HIT) and channel strategy development and implementation for our Immunology portfolio. The Senior Director will report directly to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing GI & IAT.
The Senior Director will be responsible for developing an integrated strategic plan for the portfolio, building the brand channel, HIT and access strategies, delivering meaningful value propositions across stakeholders, and developing holistic approaches to managing the patient and provider journeys. The Senior Director will work in conjunction with Brand DOMs and Integrated Account Teams to develop strategic plans to maximize our investments and drive innovative approaches with external partners. They will work closely with multiple functions including Marketing, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Patient Engagement & Customer Services (PECS), Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA), Field teams, Medical Affairs, Real World Value & Evidence, Communications, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities and achieve Immunology portfolio business goals. The position will lead a team of marketing professionals (including GPDs, PDs and PMs) and help develop the marketing competencies of the team, and heighten the overall business understanding of the Immunology organization. The Senior Director will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the marketing team members to succeed in their current roles and prepare them for future opportunities.
The Senior Director:
Develops innovative customer and channel strategies across IDNs, ISP’s, Super Groups, IOI’s and emerging stakeholders for execution by Immunology Integrated Account Teams
Leads third party Health Information Technology partnerships to improve HCP experience/activation/fulfillment
Tracks and monitors monthly channel performance, recommends strategic adjustments, and implements tactics as needed to deliver on brand goals
Shapes the development and execution of pricing/contracting recommendations across payers and providers
Leads access pull-through strategy implementation and measurement with marketing partners, field teams and SCG partners
Manages promotional budget to support financial objectives
Continually assesses competitive landscape and responds accordingly. Works within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals.
Works closely with senior leadership across all Immunology Launch Control Rooms to ensure appropriate resources and organizational alignment to capitalize on short-term and long-term business opportunities
Develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations.
Qualifications:

BA/BS required, and an MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years business experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Management, etc.) of which at least 3 years demonstrated channel or access related experience with buy and bill products, and at least 2 years in field leadership roles.
Immunology experience is preferred in any combination of sales, marketing, or Strategic Customer Group.
Strong track record of people management and talent development are required.
Demonstrated ability to drive decisions up, down and across organizational levels.
This position will be based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25-30% travel, primarily domestic.

Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple commitments. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
