As Senior Director, Heplisav B, you will own and architect the strategic vision and commercial performance of Heplisav B as a critical enterprise asset. You will drive seamless integration of Heplisav B while optimizing market leadership and delivering transformational business results. This is a senior leadership role requiring enterprise-wide influence, and full accountability for strategy creation, organizational alignment, and P&L performance at scale.

Main Responsibilities:
Architect and own the comprehensive Heplisav B brand strategy and long-term vision that establishes market leadership, drives portfolio transformation, and delivers enterprise-level growth
Define the strategic roadmap and go-to-market framework for Heplisav B, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, portfolio priorities, and corporate growth initiatives
Drive seamless integration of Heplisav B, architecting enterprise-level synergies and strategic alignment across business platforms and franchises
Champion cross-franchise coordination and strategic alignment, including synergies and strategy/execution trade-offs
Lead enterprise-wide strategic alignment on Heplisav B strategy, priorities, and business performance
Lead precise growth initiatives for continuous optimization of brand-level performance
Own full P&L accountability for Heplisav B at enterprise scale, translating complex market dynamics into strategic business insights that shape corporate priorities and investment decisions
Define and lead performance management frameworks against comprehensive KPIs; drive accountability for delivering transformational business results
Architect the complete path-to-plan for Heplisav B in partnership with key stakeholders; influence enterprise resource allocation and investment priorities
Identify and lead strategic efficiencies to optimize performance, resource allocation, competitive positioning, and organizational effectiveness
Lead cross-functional executive partnerships to proactively identify and capitalize on transformational growth opportunities; ensure end-to-end execution from strategy through implementation at enterprise scale
Develop and own strategies for unique areas of growth and emerging subsegments; tailor approaches to capitalize on distinct market opportunities that differentiate Heplisav within the competitive landscape
Champion customer engagement models to drive uptake in top targeted accounts for Heplisav B
Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams, including direct reports and broader team; serve as a mentor and talent developer for future leaders
As a leader in Sanofi US Marketing & Commerical Strategy, contribute to the organization beyond Heplisav B to the broader portfolio, precision marketing capabilities, and overall organizational strategy, including franchise prioritization and trade-off decisions
Develop unique and impactful digital and consumer marketing, utilizing AI as appropriate, to accelerate brand adoption

About You
Education Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree
Strongly Preferred: Master's degree (MBA or related field)
Required Experience and Skills:
12–15+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or vaccine marketing, sales, or strategy experience with demonstrated progression into strategic leadership roles
Proven track record of architecting and owning brand strategy that drives market leadership and delivers transformational enterprise-level business results
Visionary strategic thinking and exceptional business acumen with ability to define long-term vision, anticipate market dynamics, and architect innovative solutions at enterprise scale
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive results across complex matrixed organizations and at the highest executive levels
Exceptional executive presence with proven ability to present to and influence C-suite, board-level, and enterprise leadership; shape corporate strategy and investment decisions
Track record of owning full P&L accountability at significant scale and delivering against transformational, enterprise-level business targets
Advanced data analytics and business intelligence capabilities with ability to translate complex insights into strategic recommendations and executive-level decision frameworks
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution with measurable business impact
Experience managing creative agencies, third-party vendors, and strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional results
Deep expertise navigating promotional materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review processes; ensure compliance excellence
Outstanding strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational leadership skills
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail and executive communication mastery
Strategic vision combined with tactical execution excellence and proven ability to drive transformational results at enterprise scale
Senior leadership competencies including ability to inspire, align, and mobilize teams, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional organizations
Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams; mentor and develop future leaders

The salary range for this position is:
$206,250.00 - $343,750.00
