Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the role of Senior Director - Head of Leasing - Commercial Office. This critical position will be responsible for leading and driving the leasing strategies for our commercial office spaces, ensuring high occupancy rates while contributing to the overall mission of establishing Qiddiya as a premier destination for business and innovation.

As the Senior Director of Commercial Office Leasing, you will spearhead a talented team, develop strong tenant relations, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to create a vibrant and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong performance.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on favorable terms that benefit both Qiddiya and tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing.
• Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• At least 12-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing leasing strategies that drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of commercial real estate markets and leasing regulations.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
