Job Description

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. Razer is a place to do great work, offering you the opportunity to make an impact globally while working across a global team located across 5 continents. Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.

Job Responsibilities :

The Senior Director, Head of APAC Growth will own the regional business development agenda across Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Taiwan. The role takes over the operating cadence
currently run directly by the hiring manager – including the weekly commercial reviews with each Country Manager – and elevates it into a structured regional growth function: consolidating pipelines, driving cross market deals and partnerships, and ensuring each market executes against its business development targets.

Regional leadership & operating cadence

• Own the regional business development strategy, targets and operating plan across the four markets, aligned with the overall regional P&L.

• Run the weekly business development cadence with Country Managers in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Taiwan; drive accountability on pipeline health, deal progression and forecast accuracy.

• Consolidate market-level reporting into a single regional view for senior leadership, with clear escalation of risks and resourcing needs.

Commercial & deal execution

• Personally sponsor and help close strategic and large enterprise deals, including complex multi-year, multimarket contracts.

• Build and manage C-level relationships with key enterprise clients, channel partners and ecosystem players across the region.

• Identify and structure regional partnerships (e.g., card schemes, banks, technology partners) that accelerate market entry and revenue growth.

Market development & governance

• Assess market attractiveness, competitive dynamics and regulatory developments in each market; shape goto-market priorities accordingly.

• Support engagement with regulators and central banks where required for licensing, partnerships or market access.

• Work with product, risk, legal and operations to ensure deals are commercially sound and deliverable.

People & capability building

• Coach and upskill in-market business development talent; instil consistent sales methodology, pipeline discipline and deal governance across markets.

• Build the regional BD function over time, including future hiring as approved.

Pre-Requisites :
