The Senior Director, US Pain HCP Marketing will leadHCPmarketing team for the US Pain Business Unit alongside a team of direct reports, which is launching JOURNAVX, a novel selective pain signal inhibitor of NaV1.8 in acute pain. This role will drive the evolution and implementation of ourHCP marketing strategy, supporting the launch through alean in personpresence supplemented by robust digital engagement. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads the HCP marketing team (team of 5),coachingthe team to deliver exceptional results, andidentifying/addressingnew promotional capabilities
Shapes the HCP brand strategy to ensure campaign and message effectiveness resonate in a market with limited innovation and lacking trust to change engrained behaviors around treatment practices
Drives andoptimizestactical execution including brand planning and creative efforts, managing agency to ensure on budget andtimelydeliverables and partnering closely with communications review committee
Advances a strategic approach to HCP media planning and management, including driving regulartestandlearnpilots on HCP targeting (e.g., geo and IP targeting) and placement (e.g., social, educational sites,etc)
Co-leads HCP engagement and omnichannel cross-functional team to map all HCP touchpoints, operational needs, and strategic optimization
Measures the impact of our initiatives based on ROI and agilely pivot our investments to maximize impact, constantlylookfor opportunities for automation and efficiency
Developsstrong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support business goals and engage aboveroleincluding close partnership with the field, patient, diseaseeducationand program counterparts, serving as a peer leader on the marketing leadership and launch readiness teams
Role models and instills a culture of compliance focused on ethics and integrity in all we do
Required Skills
Experience driving HCP brand campaigns, digital and NPP tactical planning and execution, and launch insight generation
Experience leading teams, coaching individuals and creating excellent team culture
Entrepreneurial spirit and courage to challenge the status quo to develop innovative and focused approaches to enable launch through data and technology, regular measurement of results and pivoting based on our test and learn strategy
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with senior leaders as well as more varied large audiences
Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and results-driven environment within a growing business unit where we are concurrently learning & building as we drive towards product launch
Demonstrated understanding of the legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for pre- and post-approval activities and ability to model expected behavior for the team
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 20-30%
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree
12+ years of educational/work experience in healthcare/biopharmaceuticals in marketing,consultingor agency in, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
5+ years of supervisory/management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience developing communications/tactics in U.S. or global marketing and managing agency efforts
Pay Range:
$228,000 - $342,000

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
