The Senior Director – Global Quality is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide quality strategy across global operations. This role ensures consistent delivery excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across regions, while embedding a culture of quality as a competitive advantage.

You will act as a strategic partner to Operations, Product, and Client Leadership, ensuring quality is not just measured—but engineered into every process

Responsibilities

  • Global Quality Strategy & Governance
    • Define and execute a global quality vision, framework, and roadmap
    • Establish standardized quality metrics, benchmarks, and governance across regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
    • Drive alignment between quality, customer experience, and business outcomes

  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead large-scale process improvement and transformation initiatives
    • Embed Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization
    • Identify systemic gaps and implement preventive vs corrective quality mechanisms

  • Quality Analytics & Insights
    • Build advanced quality analytics frameworks to identify trends, root causes, and predictive risks
    • Leverage data to influence business decisions, productivity, and client outcomes
    • Drive automation and AI-led quality monitoring where applicable

  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the quality ambassador for key global clients and internal stakeholders
    • Lead client governance forums on quality performance, escalations, and improvements
    • Partner with Sales and Client Success to strengthen value proposition through quality

  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO, data privacy frameworks)
    • Build proactive audit and risk mitigation mechanisms
    • Own quality-related escalations, RCA, and preventive frameworks

  • Organization & Capability Building
    • Build and lead a high-performing global quality organization
    • Develop leadership bench strength and succession pipelines
    • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and quality ownership across operations

  • Transformation & Innovation
    • Lead digital transformation in quality (automation, AI-driven audits, smart sampling)
    • Simplify fragmented processes and tools into scalable, unified frameworks
    • Champion innovation to improve accuracy, speed, and customer experience

    Qualifications

    Candidate Profile

    Experience

    • 15+ years in Operations / Quality / Delivery leadership roles
    • Proven experience managing global, multi-region teams
    • Strong exposure to BPO, KPO, Fintech, or verification-driven environments (preferred)

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
    • Six Sigma Black belt certified
    • Deep understanding of quality frameworks, audits, and compliance
    • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
    • Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills
    • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical orientation
