Global Marketing Senior Director – Lifestyle Scenting (US Based Brands)
THE ROLE
As Senior Director, Global Marketing – Lifestyle Fragrances, you will shape and lead the global marketing vision for a portfolio of iconic lifestyle fragrance brands, including Nautica, Vera Wang, Jovan Musk You will be responsible for driving long‑term growth strategies, building brand equity, and delivering high‑impact global programs that translate global brand ambitions into high-impact programs that deliver business results across markets.
Based in the United States, this role owns global brand vision, category strategy, and innovation—balancing the strength of established brand heritage with the agility required to succeed in today’s dynamic beauty landscape. You will work in close partnership with cross‑functional teams, regional markets, R&D, and creative partners to deliver consumer‑centric, culturally relevant, and commercially compelling fragrance initiatives.
This is an opportunity for a strategic and creative fragrance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and is passionate about building brands that resonate across generations, cultures, and channels with the agility needed to win in today’s fast-moving beauty landscape.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, regional markets, R&D, Creative, and our Olfactive Studio to deliver consumer-centric, culturally relevant, and commercially powerful fragrance programs.
