  • Review and accept features as complete, coordinating with the Product Owner for release readiness

Value Realization & Performance Management

  • Define and track value realization metrics tied to CRM investments (e.g., revenue uplift, sales productivity, etc)
  • Ensure Salesforce delivers measurable business outcomes, not just system enhancements
  • Drive a performance culture through data transparency and actionable insights

Ecosystem & Integration

  • Drive simplification and rationalization of the CRM ecosystem globally
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance commercial capabilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution

  • Partner with senior commercial leaders (P&L, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align CRM with strategic priorities
  • Act as the primary escalation point for CRM-related business decisions globally
  • Influence regional leadership to adopt standardized processes and drive behavioral change
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to elevate CRM to a decision engine

Leadership

  • Leads a team of salesforce product owners

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12–15+ years of experience in CRM leadership, commercial excellence, sales operations, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of leading global CRM or Salesforce transformations at scale
