  • Accelerate ERP alignment, automation, data and AI capabilities that simplify work and improve insight.

Govern execution, value, and risk

  • Establish governance, manage dependencies, resource constraints and risks, and track delivery, adoption, and benefits against KPIs.

Build lasting capability

  • Build adaptability, change leadership, process ownership, and digital fluency across Finance; use project and interim expertise where needed to accelerate delivery without disrupting day-to-day priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and controls foundation with deep understanding of Finance operations.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and influencing skills with ability to operate at executive level.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
  • Compensation: Chicago - $162,000 - $218,000; Houston - to be determined based on experience.

Leadership Attributes

  • Strategic and commercially minded.
  • Converts transformation ambition into executable capacity and measurable outcomes.
