
Senior Director of Facility Development - Hybrid Opportunity
This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.
The Senior Director of Facility Development plays a critical role in supporting the mission of Surgery Partners, Inc. by leading the design, construction, and real estate development of ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare facilities across the country. This individual will oversee projects from acquisition through development, ensuring facilities are well-designed, cost-effective, and aligned with Surgery Partners’ operational and clinical goals.
Collaborating closely with Clinical, Operations, Legal, and Real Estate teams, the Senior Director will also contribute to facility acquisitions, and the ongoing management of Surgery Partners’ growing portfolio of 150+ facilities nationwide.
