The Sr. Director, Enterprise Solutions AI Leader, provides strategic leadership for Artificial Intelligence across Enterprise Solutions. Reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Solutions, this role partners closely with senior technology leaders and business stakeholders across Expert Functions, Web Properties, and Enterprise Data. The focus is on identifying high-impact AI opportunities, guiding investment decisions, and influencing enterprise-wide transformation. The role emphasizes strategy, thought leadership, and executive engagement rather than hands-on execution, and includes frequent interaction with Nasdaq’s Management Committee and senior executives.
Expert Functions include Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Risk and Regulatory. Web Properties are Nasdaq’s externally facing digital platforms, including Nasdaq.com, Nasdaq Trader, and Nasdaq Trade Reports. Enterprise Data refers to a new enterprise capability built on Databricks technology that serves as the foundation for analytics and AI across Nasdaq.

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $293,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
