We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Enterprise Brand Marketing to lead Verisk's enterprise brand marketing capability. This leader will be responsible for shaping enterprise marketing strategy, identifying and prioritizing enterprise initiatives that strengthen the Verisk brand, elevating market awareness, deepening client engagement, and supporting long-term commercial growth.
The role requires a unique combination of strategic brand and marketing expertise, enterprise thinking, commercial acumen, and operational leadership. The successful candidate has a proven track record developing brand strategies, leading integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, leading high-profile enterprise events, influencing executive stakeholders, building cross-functional alignment, and translating business priorities into marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
Working across a highly matrixed organization, the Senior Director serves as Marketing's enterprise integrator bringing together Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, Customer Engagement, Market Intelligence, Sales, Creative Services, and executive leadership to deliver enterprise initiatives that no single business or marketing team could accomplish independently.
The leader will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to shape enterprise brand strategy, guide marketing investment decisions, and ensure enterprise initiatives support Verisk’s business objectives.
Enterprise Brand Strategy & Architecture – Lead the strategic evolution of the Verisk brand through enterprise brand planning, brand architecture, naming governance, and M&A brand integration while influencing executive leadership on enterprise brand decisions that balance consistency, growth objectives, customer needs and business priorities. Partner closely with Brand Operations & Creative Services to ensure enterprise brand strategy is translated into scalable standards, systems, and creative execution.
Enterprise Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership – Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies aligned with Verisk's corporate priorities and growth objectives. Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine digital, content, events, public relations, sales enablement, analyst engagement, and creative services to strengthen the Verisk brand, increase market awareness, deepen client relationships, and support commercial growth. Evaluate and optimize campaign performance and continuously optimize strategy based on customer, market, and performance insights.
Enterprise Experiences – Provide strategic leadership for Verisk's flagship enterprise experiences, including executive events, AI Summit, CIAB, ITC, enterprise activations, and other high-profile client programs. In conjunction with the Expiriential team, define audience strategies, business objectives, content direction, executive engagement approaches and success measures for enterprise experiences. Ensure each experience reinforces the Verisk brand while supporting measurable business outcomes and exceptional client experiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Corporate Communications, Customer Engagement, and executive leadership to establish engagement models that ensure alignment between enterprise initiatives and division level campaigns, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resolve competing priorities, and drive unified execution across the organization.
AI-Enabled Marketing Transformation – Champion the responsible adoption of AI across enterprise marketing activities. Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or redesign workflows while increasing organizational effectiveness, speed to market and strategic capacity. Partner with the broader marketing leadership team to leverage AI in ways that enhance productivity, improve decision making, and enable higher value work across the organization.
Organizational Leadership – Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Brand Marketing team by establishing priorities, coaching talent, allocating resources, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Champion responsible adoption of AI to automate repetitive work and increase the team's capacity for higher-value strategic activities.
