Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and AI will lead the enterprise application architecture function and design and implementation of cloud-based API and data solutions, with a strong emphasis on enterprise architecture, application Architecture, API Management (APIM) platform, data lakes platforms like Snowflake, and scalable SaaS solutions. This role involves architecting robust and efficient data infrastructures and business applications that align with the organization’s strategic goals. The candidate will be hands-on and lead, manage, and mentor teams of engineers and architects at varying levels, driving both the data strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives. High-level collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership is critical to support advanced analytics, business intelligence, and overall operational excellence.
Located at our office in Naperville, IL. Our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $205,280 - $307,920 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
