
The Senior Director of Employee Engagement is responsible for developing, leading, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement across the organization. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, HR, and other key departments to drive a positive workplace culture, foster open communication, and ensure employees are motivated and aligned with the organization’s goals and values. The Senior Director will leverage data-driven insights to design innovative programs that improve the employee experience, increase organizational performance, and contribute to a thriving workplace environment.
