We are searching for a Senior Director of eCommerce to lead the full digital commerce ecosystem across our cluster, spanning Amazon, retailer.com, pure-play marketplaces, and DTC and Tik Tok Shop. This is a leadership role with full commercial P&L ownership and a business development and transformation role for the cluster.
The role sits on the Northern Europe Leadership team, reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to Global eCommerce. With Amazon EU centralized, this leader partners with the center on Amazon but drives pure-plays, retailer.com, and DTC/ TTS, which represents the majority of the cluster's addressable digital opportunity. It requires someone who hunts new growth rather and who can hold the digital agenda at leadership-team level.
We're looking for a change agent and operator, fluent in Amazon and digital retail, with a sharp commercial mindset, a genuine consumer lens, and a track record of scaling businesses through data-driven execution and exceptional leadership.
