What You’ll Do for Us
Lead the development and continuous evolution of anenterprise‑widedata strategy, aligning Corporate Functions priorities with broader business and digital transformation goals
Define and embed a value realization framework that quantifies and communicates the impact of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence investments across the enterprise
Partner with senior leaders across functions to identify, prioritize, and scalehigh‑impactdata use cases that drive measurable business outcomes
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable data initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs, digital capabilities, and platform investments
Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to enhancedecision‑making, increase operational efficiency, and improve employee and stakeholder experiences
Establish and influence governance models that promote data quality, consistency, accountability, security, and responsible use across functions
Collaborate with technology, platform, and architecture teams to ensure data strategy is integrated with scalable, secure, andfuture‑readyinfrastructure
Enable connection and integration of data across functions, supporting a unified view of enterprise performance and unlockingcross‑functionalinsights
Champion data literacy and capability building, empowering leaders and teams to confidently leverage data in everyday decision‑making
Communicate complex data strategies and insights in a clear, compelling way to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained impact at senior levels
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, digital transformation, or related fields, including leadership experience within large, matrixed organizations
Proven track record of defining and delivering enterprise orcross‑functionaldata strategies that generate measurable business value
Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics frameworks, with the ability to operationalize them at scale
Experience working with modern data ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data architectures, and advanced analytics or artificial intelligence capabilities
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies without direct authority
Exceptional strategic thinking andproblem‑solvingskills, with the ability to connect enterprise priorities todata‑drivenopportunities
Experience designing and implementing value measurement frameworks for digital and analytics investments
High level of digital and artificial intelligence fluency, including understanding of emerging trends and responsible use of data and technology
Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
Experience leading change management initiatives and driving adoption ofdata‑drivenways of working at scale
