Condé Nast seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Development to support the company’s strategic growth, including corporate strategy, business development, partnerships, investments, M&A and other high-priority corporate initiatives.
The Senior Director will support the SVP of Strategy, Business Development, and M&A in identifying new business opportunities and sourcing, qualifying, partnering with and acquiring companies that fit and accelerate Condé Nast’s strategic priorities. This role will play an integral part in developing and implementing corporate strategy, identifying growth opportunities, including via acquisitive means, and driving transformational initiatives to help unlock growth for the company.
The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious, analytical and commercially minded leader who can develop deep domain knowledge across Condé Nast’s brands, audiences, markets and competitive landscape. This person should be comfortable building financial models, developing strategic recommendations, preparing executive-level materials, project managing cross-functional diligence and execution processes, and working closely with senior leaders across the company.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
The expected base salary range for this position is from $190,000-215,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
