
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate FP&A to serve as a senior strategic finance leader and trusted business partner to SHINE’s executive leadership team. This role owns and drives the company’s enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and internal reporting processes, while also playing a critical role in the design, development, and evolution of SHINE’s financial systems and planning infrastructure. The Senior Director is the primary steward of the forecasting calendar and all management reporting deliverables, ensuring leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.
The Senior Director will translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights, support strategic decision-making across the organization, and build scalable processes, tools, and systems that support SHINE’s continued growth, operational complexity, and long-term strategic objectives. This role also serves as a key finance partner for Board meeting preparation, investor relations activities, and ad hoc executive analyses.
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $215,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
