The Senior Director, Compliance & Integrity is a senior leader reporting to the Vice President, Legal / General Counsel / Chief Compliance Officer. This role leads critical elements of the company’s global compliance and integrity program, including confidential reporting, investigations governance, risk trend analysis, training, communications, and program effectiveness. The role partners closely with senior leaders across Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, HR, Security, and the business to strengthen ethical culture, mitigate legal and reputational risk, and drive continuous improvement in compliance controls and outcomes.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Lead the execution of enterprise compliance and integrity strategy for confidential reporting, investigations governance, and related risk mitigation programs.
  • Own the company’s confidential concern reporting program, including governance, intake oversight, triage protocols, case quality standards, escalation practices, and continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls.
  • Lead complex, high-risk, and sensitive internal investigations, or direct investigation strategy and oversight in partnership with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify investigation trends, emerging risks, and control gaps; develop and drive cross-functional corrective actions to strengthen compliance, prevent recurrence, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Lead global compliance initiatives, including risk reviews, awareness campaigns, annual program activities, and targeted efforts to strengthen speak-up culture and policy adherence.
  • Oversee integrity reporting channels and related case management systems, including reporting channel effectiveness, vendor coordination, user governance, training, issue resolution, and data integrity.
  • Lead the company’s conflicts of interest disclosure and mitigation program, including governance, review standards, escalation protocols, risk assessment, and remediation in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee compliance learning and communications strategy for key risk areas, including targeted training, leadership messaging, and employee awareness content.
  • Recommend and implement operational strategies, processes, standards, tools, dashboards, and reporting that enhance the effectiveness and governance of the compliance and integrity program.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, HR, Security, and business leaders to ensure issues, gaps, and trends identified through investigations and other means are analyzed, timely addressed, and monitored for sustainable improvement.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of the company’s Compliance and Integrity Program and recommend enhancements based on internal trends, business changes, benchmarking, and evolving regulatory expectations.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reporting, risk analyses, investigation themes, and recommendations to senior governance forums, including the Compliance Review Board and Quarterly Investigations Committee.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience in compliance, investigations, legal, internal audit, risk management, employment investigations, or related fields.
  • Significant experience leading complex, sensitive, and confidential investigations involving legal, policy, ethical, financial, or reputational risk.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance risk areas and related legal and policy frameworks, including anti-bribery, fraud, money laundering, conflicts of interest, fair competition, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct timely, thorough, and objective internal investigations with a high level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and discretion.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that advance compliance program goals and drive enterprise-level program improvements.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including systems implementation, business requirements definition, process design, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-spotting skills, with the ability to translate trends and findings into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality investigation reports, executive updates, and governance materials.
  • Outstanding oral communication skills, including the ability to provide succinct, credible compliance guidance to senior business leaders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence, build trust, and drive alignment across a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced, high-confidentiality environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global corporate compliance organization with responsibility for hotline or reporting channels, investigations, integrity program governance, or related compliance program activities.
  • Experience preparing materials for, or presenting to, executive compliance, legal, audit, or investigations governance committees.
  • Experience with case management systems, compliance analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Relevant certifications or credentials.
