What You'll Do for Us:
ManageAlcoholbusiness performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.
DevelopAlcoholbrandsgrowth strategies through LRP and ABP processes.
Developbrandannual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.
Developa 3-year innovation pipeline withtimelyalignment with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
12-15 years of senior leadership experience in category/brand management or marketing, ideally within FMCG or beverage/consumer goods sectors.
Commitment to the brand and business
Brand enhancement & consumer-centric thinking and strategic planning capabilities
Human centricity, open-mindedness for new challenges and new ways of working
Business financial understanding (NSR, GP, MP, marketing-related expenditures, CAPEX) and complex market/human-based data comprehension
