Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, product management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including leading complex, technology-driven products from discovery through lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product development, including ownership of AI models or agent-based capabilities, at commercial scale.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and leading product management teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, model and agent lifecycles, and their application within financial services.
• Expertise in product operating models, including AI-driven product development lifecycle (PDLC).
• Experience defining and tracking metrics for AI product performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Deep knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills across business, technology, risk, and compliance partners.

What will set you apart:

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, or a related field.
• Advanced experience leading enterprise AI product portfolios in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry practices, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with data governance, model risk management, and AI compliance.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in AI model and agent development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience communicating AI strategy and outcomes to executive and senior leadership audiences.

Salary Information

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.
