Just imagine transforming how adults around the world experience the LEGO® brand through a new generation of global marketing and innovative portfolio. Then make it real.
As our Senior Director, Adult Consumer Group Portfolio & Marketing Strategy, you'll define and deliver the global marketing and portfolio strategy for the adult audience, helping shape the next chapter of growth for one of the LEGO Group’s most exciting businesses. You will define the portfolio strategy and innovation roadmap, focusing on key opportunity spaces. Likewise, you'll set the strategic direction for audience marketing, build alignment behind that vision, guide marketing investment decisions, and raise the standard of through-the-line marketing across the organisation. Working closely with Markets, Channels and senior cross-functional leaders, you'll help translate consumer insight, business ambition and brand opportunity into meaningful growth.
If you've worked in a role where you helped shape the future of a globally recognised consumer brand, you'll feel at home here. We're looking for someone who combines strategic business thinking with proven marketing leadership and a track record of elevating how brands connect with consumers. What matters most is your ability to create lasting change through vision, influence and execution.
The Adults business is one of the fastest-growing areas of the LEGO Group. We work closely across functions, bringing together commercial thinking, creativity and collaboration to unlock new opportunities. The team thrives on curiosity, learning and exploring new possibilities. We value different perspectives and encourage thoughtful risk-taking when pursuing ambitious goals. Together, we challenge existing approaches, build trust through partnership and continuously raise the bar for what great marketing can achieve.
Success means becoming the strategic force behind a new era of adult marketing at the LEGO Group. Within your first year, you'll establish a compelling vision for how we engage adult audiences and begin reshaping Communications and Go-to-Market thinking and execution across the business. Looking ahead, you'll help embed new approaches to marketing, support strategic portfolio expansion and work closely with Markets, Channels and senior leadership to drive sustained growth and stronger business performance.
