The Senior Director of Account Management is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving account growth. This role leads a team of account managers and works closely with sales and operations to deliver integrated client solutions.
This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in Canada, but will be supporting our Western Canada accounts. There is roughly ~15% travel.

Qualifications
· 10+ years of client relationship and account management experience
· Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge of travel industry preferred
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
