SALARY RANGE

$18.17 - $24.00

WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

The Meal Site Manager oversees the daily organization, staffing, and on-site activities of the Elderly Nutrition Program at the Senior Dining Site. This position ensures meals are received, served, and/or delivered safely and efficiently; maintains accurate program and financial records; coordinates volunteers, staff, and drivers; and serves as the primary site contact to support high-quality service to older adults. The Meal Site Manager represents Waukesha County while collaborating with partner agencies and serving as the main point of contact for community host sites, maintaining effective and positive working relationships.

Schedule: As needed, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. This position provides coverage for regular staff during paid time off (PTO) and other absences. Hours are not guaranteed.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. One year of work or volunteer experience working with the elderly or work experience in the preparation and serving of food is preferred.
3. Certification in food safety and sanitation, ServSafe, or program-specific training certification upon hire or within ninety (90) days of hire.
