We are looking for a Senior Digital Trade Manager to take full ownership for Womenswear category, driving P&L performance and leading the end-to-end e-commerce strategy. Sitting at the heart of the business, this role translates customer insights, performance trends, and market signals into clear commercial plans that deliver growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
As the first line of commercial decision-making, you will lead and develop a high-performing trading team, represent Trading in senior leadership forums, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, CRM, Buying, and Product & Tech.
Own the end-to-end trading strategy for a department, aligning commercial priorities with company objectives and customer needs.
Take full accountability for category-level P&L delivery, including revenue, margin, and investment efficiency.
Act as the first line of commercial decision-making for the department, setting direction and priorities.
Translate customer insights, performance trends, and market signals into actionable commercial plans.
Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to shape campaign strategy and trading moments.
Identify growth opportunities and performance risks, proactively adjusting strategy to deliver targets.
Represent Trading in senior leadership forums, bringing clear narratives, recommendations, and defensible plans.
Own departmental budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts, ensuring delivery against financial targets.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, identifying key levers and corrective actions.
Interpret and present financial and trading performance to senior stakeholders with clear narratives and recommendations.
Drive execution of trading initiatives across merchandising, onsite UX, promotions, and campaigns.
Align trading objectives with onsite UX and merchandising strategy to optimize navigation, content, and brand positioning.
Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns, launches, and key trading moments on time and at scale.
Ensure strong trading hygiene across reporting, forecasting accuracy, and KPI tracking.
Leverage BI tools, advanced Excel, and automation to drive insight generation and improve decision speed.
Directly manage Trading Analysts and Executives, setting clear goals, delegating responsibilities, and providing ongoing feedback.
Build team capability through coaching, mentoring, and structured development, supporting progression and succession planning.
Foster a high-performance, ownership-led culture rooted in customer-centric thinking and commercial excellence.
8–11 years in trading, e-commerce, commercial planning, or analytics, with full P&L ownership
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of trading KPIs and performance drivers
Advanced analytical capability (Excel, BI tools) with a data-led approach to decision-making
Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Customer-centric, balancing commercial outcomes with experience
Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to drive results through others
Own and shape the performance of a key department with full P&L accountability
