We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity in full-time (38.5 h/week) for a fixed term of two years!

Your new job includes

As a (Senior) Digital & Project Manager (m/f/d), you will play an active role in shaping the digital transformation at Gebr. Heinemann and driving forward complex projects. In this role, you will serve as a key link between systems, processes, and stakeholders, leading strategic initiatives, further developing our system landscape, and ensuring efficient, future-oriented processes.

In particular, you will

• Lead and manage strategic as well as operational HR IT projects
• Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, analyzing, evaluating, and implementing system-related requirements
• Optimize, standardize, and sustainably establish processes across the system landscape
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Serve as a key interface between business functions and other internal partners
• Understand, evaluate, and further develop complex interdependencies within the system and process landscape
• Actively support and successfully implement digitalization and transformation initiatives

Preferred Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on digital, IT project, or process management
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another talent management suite, ideally within the Learning Management environment
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong expertise in process management and the continuous optimization of business processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to successfully align and balance diverse interests
• A high degree of ownership, execution strength, and the seniority required to drive topics independently
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
• An analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
