Are you ready to lead complex digital transformation at Lancashire County Council?
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to deliver digital projects that modernise council working practices and improve the experience for our residents and staff.
As a Senior Digital Project Manager you will:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects from discovery to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to embed digital solutions that deliver real business value.
• Take personal ownership of timelines, outcomes, and stakeholder communications, proactively managing risks and issues.
• Operate within frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP, ensuring robust governance and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, Agile) or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects and realising benefits in a large organisation.
• Strong experience in business case development, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
