We are seeking four Digital Product Managers (Web & App), from upper midweight to senior level, to join our Digital Go-To-Market team at E.ON Next. In this 12-month hybrid role in London, you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving our consumer facing digital experiences across the website and app, driving measurable outcomes and creating journeys that delight customers while supporting growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with GTM, Design and Engineering teams to turn business needs into seamless digital experiences, improving operational efficiency, enabling self-service journeys and maintaining compliance. Working closely with technical partners, you’ll help shape the front end experience while ensuring it connects effectively with our wider platform ecosystem.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Own the Outcome: Lead strategy, discovery and delivery for Website and App experiences, driving key metrics like retention, LTV and engagement
Experiment to Win: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, relying on statistical significance rather than gut feeling
Full Lifecycle Thinking: From identifying a user pain point to post-launch optimisation, you help guide the product journey
Lead Product Delivery: Shape Website and App experiences from discovery and scoping through to launch and optimisation
Translate Requirements: Convert business needs into Epics, User Stories and actionable priorities for engineering teams
Design Collaboration: Work with designers to create intuitive, user-centred experiences that balance usability and technical feasibility
Partner with Tech: Support scalable, high-quality delivery while navigating technical constraints and dependencies
Coordinate GTM Launch: Align with Marketing and Operations to maximise adoption and engagement
Use Data to Optimise: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve features
Facilitate Ideation: Run workshops and discovery sessions to uncover user needs, pain points and opportunities
Are we the perfect match?
B2C Experience: 5+ years delivering successful web/mobile products, understanding user psychology and friction reduction
Domain Expertise: Experience in EV, IoT or Energy Management, knowledge of competitors like Hugo, Loop, or Octopus is a plus
Analytical Skills: Expert use of GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, Glassbox, or similar analytics tools
Technical Fluency: Confident working with Engineering teams on APIs, mobile deployments and constraints
Stakeholder Management: Able to influence and manage priorities across Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams
Agile Proficiency: Experienced in agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and modern product management practices
T-Shaped Mastery: Deep expertise in growth and data, with broad knowledge of UX, Engineering and GTM strategy
AI Curiosity: Interested in AI consumer use cases or using AI to improve workflow
It would be great if you had:
Regulated Sector Experience: Worked in utilities, energy or other highly regulated industries
Self-Service Optimisation: Familiarity with conversion-focused digital journeys
Inclusive Design Knowledge: Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Workshop Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional ideation sessions or design sprints
Insight Translation: Track record of converting user insights into actionable improvements
Adaptability: Comfort with rapid iteration and fast-changing project demands
