What is our proposal?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve one of Exoticca's most strategic customer-facing products: our website.

You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Exoticca's web experience, ensuring it evolves to deliver measurable business outcomes while balancing customer value, commercial objectives and technical scalability.

You will be the strategic product partner for the CMO, shaping the vision and evolution of Exoticca's e-commerce experience. Rather than simply delivering features, you will define the product strategy and roadmap that enable the business to achieve its commercial objectives through the website.

Leading the eCommerce & Martech Squads, you will work closely with Engineering, UX, Data and Business teams, leading product decisions through influence, turning customer insights and data into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes of the website.
• Define product vision and priorities, balancing customer value, business impact, technical complexity and long-term scalability.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics and experimentation.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to delivery and continuous optimisation.
• Partner with Engineering, UX and Business teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive OKRs and product metrics, ensuring teams focus on outcomes rather than outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, scalability, operational efficiency and overall product performance.
• Influence senior stakeholders (CMO, CPO and business leaders) through data, customer insights and structured product thinking.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and technical constraints clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, owning customer-facing digital products (eCommerce, TravelTech or Marketplace businesses).
• Proven track record defining product strategy and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset; using data to prioritise, segment, measure, and optimise journeys.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with Engineering.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Highly autonomous, proactive and accountable.
