Now Brewing – senior digital product manager! #ToBeAPartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

Ensure ecosystem alignment – Partner across teams to align POS strategy with digital ordering, payments, and broader coffeehouse experience platforms
Lead launch and scale execution – Oversee end-to-end delivery of the POS system from pilot through enterprise rollout, using data to iterate and improve outcomes
Support and grow others – Mentor product managers and contribute to team effectiveness, capability building, and a strong product discipline
