The Sr. Product Manager partners closely with assigned product and business teams to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. This role is responsible for defining the product roadmap and driving end-to-end delivery for a product area or user journey. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, design and other cross-functional partners, the Sr. Product Manager facilitates roadmap execution, and advances product development for a defined set of digital solutions or customer experiences.
This position leads business requirement gathering, analyzes the problem space to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ultimately verifies the work generated by the development teams meets the stakeholders’ requirements. The Sr. Product Manager supports product teams by contributing to projects of medium complexity and ensures business, user, and technology needs are met through continuous analysis, iteration, solutioning, and delivery.
The Sr. Product Manager enjoys both the strategic work of finding the best solution and the implementation work of how best to bring it to life for maximum impact. This person excels at working with business stakeholders across the organization to bring new initiatives to life – for example: lab, compliance, logistics, and beyond. The individual will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and leaders without direct authority.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Demonstrate complete knowledge, skills, and understanding of practices for complex programs and initiatives exhibiting creativity and substantial understanding of specialized techniques, processes, and procedures.
- Engage as a key voice of the customer for stakeholders for one or more product areas to ensure their needs are heard and that delivery teams are getting the support needed.
- Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements for work assignments of medium complexity, by utilizing a structured process for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing change to assess and recommend solutions based on cost vs. benefit analysis and parallels to overall business strategy.
- Define acceptance criteria for product features of medium complexity and ensure they are understood by the delivery team.
- Contribute to service design deliverables (e.g., journey maps, service blueprints, user flows) in partnership with the Experience Design team to ensure cross-touchpoint coherence for the Healthcare Professionals (HCP) experience.
- Act as the voice of the HCP for one or more digital touchpoints within an assigned customer journey, ensuring HCP needs are reflected in product decisions and surfaced to delivery teams.
- Define and prioritize features for an assigned portion of an HCP digital journey, balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Support launch readiness, including go-to-market collaboration with Marketing, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to ensure HCPs can adopt and use the product successfully.
- Track product performance after implementation to ensure efficiency of operations and proactively provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.
- Partner with UX Research and Design to plan and synthesize usability testing, user interviews, and concept validation, ensuring HCP feedback is incorporated into product decisions.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for area of responsibility that outlines the development and release of features.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing demands to ensure alignment and focus.
- Actively participate in all team Agile ceremonies.
- Review work completed by the team, provide feedback, and accept work, as applicable.
- Manage the product backlog by grooming and prioritizing, while ensuring work is in line with product strategy and OKRs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners to drive satisfaction.
- Consistently influence and make significant decisions within a project, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions based in a solid understanding of business strategy and best practices with minimal instructions for difficult or unpredictable situations.
- Ability to collaborate and operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrixed environment to build consensus across functions.
- Contribute individual capabilities to the achievement of group objectives and work effectively with others in a group setting. This includes mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance for junior members of the team.
- Communicate clear and concise product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience as outlined in the essential duties.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services.
- Experience applying techniques and methods of modern product management, product discovery, and product delivery – along with expertise with product management platforms and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate the development of product vision, strategic roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for services and products as part of a broader end-to-end user experience.
- Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Advanced business analysis skills including, but not limited to, process and user flow definition and business KPIs.
- Advanced skills in translating complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into clear epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Some experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversions funnels.
- Experience engaging with engineers, designers, researchers, SMEs, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship where you can both learn and influence.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business or Finance.
- Experience developing digital products — particularly customer-facing digital portals, web applications, or mobile applications — in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory contexts (e.g. GDPR) and how they shape product decisions.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery environments, including writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and partnering with engineering teams.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum B2/C1 CEFR) — written and spoken
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc., A/B testing tools such as AB Tasty, Optimizely, MoEngage, etc., and/or design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.

Salary Range:
173 000,00 zł - 284 000,00 złThe annual base salary shown is for this position located in PL - Warsaw on a full-time basis. This range reflects base salary only. The position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus under applicable company plans.
