Havas ThailandYou are the person who makes media plans that drive business results, not just impressions. You work directly with clients as their trusted media advisor - hands- on with strategy, data, and platforms. This is an individual contributor role: Senior Digital Media Manager you do the work, you're in the room, and you own the outcome.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Own full- funnel digital media strategy for your clients - from annual plans to campaign- level execution
Act as the primary media advisor to client stakeholders. Translate their business goals into clear media investment decisions
Build budget allocation models across channels, funnel stages, and campaign phases using performance data
Lead media presentations, reviews, and post- campaign evaluations - you present, not just prepare
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Havas AVA) daily to accelerate research, audience analysis, scenario modelling, and reporting
Work hands- on with GA4, Mobile Attribution Tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and platform analytics to extract insights and guide optimisation
Become deeply familiar with your clients' industry, business model, competitive landscape, and market trends - you're a consultant, not just a channel planner
Brief and collaborate with buying, performance, and ad ops teams to ensure plans translate into strong execution
Identify new platforms, formats, and innovation opportunities for your clients
Connect every recommendation back to commercial outcomes - ROAS, sales contribution, customer acquisition cost
REQUIREMENTS :
5 - 7 years in digital media planning or integrated communications, agency background preferred
Strong expertise across digital platforms - Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic, CTV, Commerce Media
Proven ability to plan across the full funnel - from awareness and consideration through to conversion and retention
A trusted client advisor - confident presenting to and consulting with senior stakeholders
Comfortable working with data: GA4, Mobile Attribution Tools, platform dashboards. Pulls their own numbers, builds their own models, doesn't wait for a report
Active user of AI tools for work - research, prompting, automation, content acceleration
Strong knowledge of the Thailand digital media landscape - pricing, inventory, seasonality, platform nuances
Excellent English - written and spoken. Strategy docs, client emails, and presentations are in English
A structured thinker who turns messy briefs into clear plans with commercial logic
Offline media knowledge (TV, OOH, print) is a plus
