Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and online sales through effective CRM, D2C marketing, e-commerce management, and data-driven optimization for the Czech and Slovak market. The role focuses on improving customer experience, increasing loyalty, and enhancing the performance of digital and e-commerce channels.
The role also actively uses AI tools and marketing automation to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, content creation, reporting, customer insights, and overall marketing performance.
CRM and Customer Engagement
Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Manage targeted email campaigns and customer journeys using tools such as SFMC and Econmail.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for personalization.
Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
D2C Marketing and Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize D2C digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
Coordinate campaign content, assets, and execution with internal teams and external agencies.
Use AI tools to support campaign ideation, content adaptation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities, brand guidelines, and customer needs.
E-commerce Management
Oversee daily operations and performance of the e-commerce platform, including customer experience and conversion optimization.
Work with e-commerce partners to improve processes, content, and platform performance.
Monitor market trends, platform data, and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
Data, Reporting, and AI-driven Optimization
Analyze CRM, campaign, e-commerce, and customer review data.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and business impact.
Use AI-supported analytics and automation tools to generate insights, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Recommend and implement improvements in digital marketing tactics based on performance data.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, D2C, and e-commerce principles.
Experience with CRM and email marketing tools such as SFMC and Econmail.
Familiarity with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as DCC and Shoptet.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Practical experience with AI tools for marketing, content creation, automation, analytics, or campaign optimization.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, trade shopper marketing, customer service, regional teams, agencies, and external partners.
English language proficiency required.
