Job Description

A collective energy and ambition. A place where you can make a real difference.

We’re a company that genuinely cares about our people, our products, our consumers and the environment.

Our unique, informal culture champions courage, determination and collaboration. Knowing we have an open and supportive team means each of us has the freedom to take responsibility and ownership. We have a shared passion to work hard, innovate and push boundaries.

United by the belief that when we strive for growth, anything is possible. While we might not be the largest company in our industry, we believe we can have the biggest impact because: Together We Have the Power to Win.

Are you passionate about digital growth? Do you thrive in fastpaced eCommerce environments? Ready to take ownership of DirecttoConsumer strategy across Europe?

If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our European DirecttoConsumer (DTC) business.

This is a high‑visibility, strategic role where you’ll lead and shape our DTC growth strategy across multiple European markets. Acting as the subject matter expert, you’ll work cross‑functionally with Brand, Sales and wider business teams, while managing agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class execution.

You’ll focus on driving commercial performance, expanding into new DTC enabled channels (including social commerce and marketplaces), and optimising the full customer journey—making a real impact on one of our fastest‑growing business areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and deliver the European DTC growth strategy and annual planning cycle.
  • Own performance marketing strategy and budgets, optimising ROI across channels.
  • Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve retention and customer value.
  • Orchestrate execution through agency partners, including setting direction, briefing agencies, prioritising activity, and governing delivery and performance.
  • Manage Shopify platform performance and customer journeys through agency partners.
  • Oversee website and SEO optimisation across WordPress and related platforms.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure delivery against strategic objectives.

Education & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in DTC or eCommerce, ideally within FMCG.
  • Proven track record delivering digital growth strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Shopify and CMS tools.
  • Experience across paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing and analytics tools.
  • Confident managing multiple websites and driving conversion optimisation.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, multi‑market environments.

You’ll be a commercially minded digital expert with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for performance. You’re confident managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and working across multiple markets. A strong communicator and problem‑solver, you combine data‑driven decision‑making with creativity to deliver impactful results, while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

This role works 37 hours per week Monday-Friday, working remotely for 2 – 3 days per week.

In return we offer a competitive package, including 24 days annual leave, a pension matched up to 9%, discretionary annual bonus, life assurance cover and membership of a health cash plan.

Join us and take ownership of a critical, fast‑growing digital channel—shaping strategy, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across Europe. Apply today and make your impact!
