We are looking for an agile, professional and experienced marketing generalist with a focus on digital channels, content development and project management to join our small Marketing & Communications team in the role of:


Senior Digital Marketing Manager (80-100%)


In this role, you will take ownership of the corporate website, key content-driven projects and the broader digital set-up, and work independently across a broad range of tasks in close collaboration with colleagues across our Marketing & Communications team in Cape Town and Zurich, as well as with Sales, Investment teams, Impact and ESG specialists and other internal stakeholders.


Your Main Tasks

  • Website ownership and development: Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the corporate website and microsites, including content review and updates, SEO optimisation, Google Search visibility, and the management and implementation of new website features. Ensure content is accurate, up to date, well-structured and aligned with business priorities
  • New website project: Lead the planning and coordination of the new website project, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, content development, implementation support and transition planning
  • Website quality, SEO and user experience: Ensure the continuous improvement of website structure, usability, performance, SEO and content quality, while also contributing directly to content development and writing
  • Content development and editorial coordination: Develop, write, edit and publish high-quality content for the website and selected digital channels. Coordinate and further develop internal editorial processes and contributor workflows, including the writers’ program, where relevant
  • Corporate publications and white papers: Lead the Corporate Impact Report, selected Fund Impact Reports and white papers from project planning to final publication. This includes writing, editing, quality control and the preparation of final materials in PowerPoint, in close collaboration with Impact and ESG specialists, Investment teams and Sales
  • Marketing campaigns: Develop and coordinate selected marketing campaigns across channels, including content development and implementation support for digital campaigns
  • Business line support: Act as a key Marketing & Communications contact for the Fund Investments business line and selected other business areas, supporting the development and implementation of relevant marketing and communications activities
  • Functional coordination in digital marketing: Provide functional coordination across website and related digital activities, contributing to efficient collaboration, prioritization and delivery
  • Performance oversight: Use performance data and channel insights to inform prioritization, content decisions and continuous improvement


Your Experience and Skills

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, content marketing or corporate communications, ideally in a small and dynamic team environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects independently and coordinating multiple stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables
  • Strong hands-on experience with website management, CMS platforms, digital publishing, SEO and ideally UX-oriented content development
  • Mandatory prior experience in asset management, banking or financial services more broadly
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable with most of the following tools and keen to learn what you do not yet know: Google Ads, GA4, GTM, GSC, SEMRush, CMS systems, website management tools such as Jira, Adobe Suite. Experience with Marketo would be a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English on business level. German would be beneficial
  • Strong interest in impact investing
