About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and elevate our digital presence in a B2B environment where decision-making is complex, consultative, and driven by trust and expertise.

In this role, you will shape our corporate website and digital ecosystem as a growth platform to acquire new customers and differentiate us on the market. You will work closely with our subject‑matter experts across functions to create a seamless bridge between digital discovery and human expertise.

This is not a “webmaster” or “campaign operator” role but a strategic leadership position requiring vision, structure, and hands‑on execution capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

Your Mission

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will define the strategy, run the roadmap, and deliver results across acquisition and conversion, using data, experimentation, and modern MarTech/Webtech to scale impact :

1. Define and lead the digital strategy

  • Set the vision for our digital ecosystem as an acquisition, conversion and engagement platform
  • Champion modern digital marketing approaches
  • Build and own a pragmatic roadmap for an evolving, scalable, and future-proof digital ecosystem.

2. Orchestrate digital experiences end-to-end

  • Ensure the site structure, UX, content, and journeys effectively support our overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Secure the introduction of data‑driven enhancements based on behavioral insights, session patterns, and engagement signals (A/B testing, heatmap sessions, behavioral analytics)
  • Foster a consistent digital narrative that reflects our expertise, value propositions, and sector-specific strengths.

3. Build and lead a multidisciplinary digital team

  • Identify the skills required to deliver a modern digital platform (UX/UI, content strategy, analytics, marketing automation, AI tools, etc.).
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a pool of talent capable of delivering a best-in-class B2B digital presence.
  • Create a collaborative operating model connecting key stakeholders across functions.

4. Drive digital performance and measurable impact

  • Define and manage KPIs demonstrating the contribution of digital channels to brand positioning, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
  • Implement dashboards, reporting capabilities, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Introduce structured testing, optimization, and prioritization methodologies.

5. Explore emerging capabilities and integrate new technologies

  • Keep the company at the forefront of modern digital practices, including:
    • Real-time behavioral analytics
    • Dynamic content orchestration
    • Conversational agents
    • CRM automation and data enrichment
    • Emerging MarTech / WebTech capabilities
    • Consent, privacy and tracking foundations
  • Evaluate tools and platforms aligned with our strategic goals, privacy requirements, and technical environment.

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced candidate who combines vision, leadership, growth mindset and technical literacy


Experience & Expertise

  • 8+ years in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B services or technology environment.
  • Proven experience leading or transforming corporate websites, digital ecosystems, or content architectures.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel complexity and B2B purchase cycles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MarTech and WebTech tools (CMS, analytics, CRM, automation, AI/ML applications).

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and structure teams with diverse capabilities around an effective operating model.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Delivery, and IT.
  • Ability to challenge, influence, and drive change with senior stakeholders.

Mindset

  • Curious, analytical, and forward‑looking.
  • Structured in approach, able to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate complex ideas simply and convincingly.
