Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic digital marketing professional to elevate NCCER’s digital presence, drive brand awareness, and lead demand generation efforts. This individual will oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, lead performance optimization, and manage digital platforms and vendors. You’ll play a key role in positioning NCCER as a leader in workforce development for the construction industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketer to lead a mission-driven organization’s digital strategy while working collaboratively with team members and managing agency partners.
We would prefer a candidate who lives in the Gainesville area so they can work in the office but are also open to remote with regular travel to the office.

Salary Description
$120k to $145K max
