Job Summary
The
Senior Digital Marketing Executive
will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies within the education, financial technology, and coaching sectors. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead a team, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and optimize performance-driven strategies to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition within the fintech, education, or coaching industries.
Develop, brainstorm, and execute creative marketing ideas including paid digital marketing strategies in the education and fintech sectors
Set up and optimise ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other online channels
Customize marketing messages to resonate with the target audience, enhancing brand visibility and credibility in Malaysia.
Craft compelling content for organic and paid ads including, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media to educate and convert prospects
Manage and analyse campaigns performance, budgets and perform A/B testing
to maximize return on marketing dollars

Conduct market research, plan surveys and analyze customers insights such as Zoom chats to understand the psychology of our customers
Constantly look out for and explore new marketing trends and platforms
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Must Have: Meta Ads, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot CMS, Email Marketing
Self-motivated and proactive problem solver with excellent leadership skills
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing, testing, and optimization
A creative eye for design and what makes ads pop and content interesting
Good to have: Experience and/or interest in marketing for financial and/or education industries
