About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Digital Marketing Associate Manager to lead our in-house performance campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, knows the performance marketing ecosystem inside out, and can turn budgets into results with precision and creativity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead performance marketing campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, programmatic, and other paid channels.
  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization to deliver ROI-driven growth.
  • Deep dive into analytics and attribution to constantly improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring campaigns to life with impactful messaging.
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record, mainly paid social, specifically Instagram
  • Strong command over SEM, paid social [mainly Instagram], display and retargeting
  • ROI focus
  • Ability to guide the creative team on what kind of creative to create for the campaigns
  • Data-first mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, yet great at collaborating across teams
  • A mix of strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution

Culture Fit

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment where ideas move quickly from strategy to execution.
  • You bring both a startup hustle and a corporate discipline — balancing agility with accountability.
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset are second nature to you
